VICTOR BISONG - MANAGING DIRECTOR
AUGUSTINE ODEY - (Head, HR & Admin.)
Odey Augustine is an HND Secretarial Studies (Information Technology) graduate of the Yaba College of Technology and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (AMCIPN). He also holds an MBA with a specialty in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University. He is responsible for the oversight of Radix’s Human Resources, General Administration, Branch Expansion, and Transformation.
An astute HR professional and an experienced Change Manager; over a period spanning 15 years, Augustine has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in human resources; initiating, developing, and implementing HR and General Administrative Policies.
Prior to joining Radix Pension, Augustine was the Head, Admin & HR at Radix Capital Partners Limited, an independent and one-stop Investment Banking outfit in Lagos, Nigeria. During the 7 years, he spent at Radix Capital Partners, in addition to the diversified investment spin-off experience gained, he worked as part of a team of professionals, acting as Reporting Administrator on numerous Public Issues, Financial Advisers on Privatization and Commercialization, Capital Restructuring, and in-house Quality Control amongst other functions.
Augustine has the added responsibility for the transition and ombuds in Radix Pension Managers Ltd. He is presently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Business Administration at Lagos State University.
Emmanuel Patrick Etim – (Ag. Head, ICT)
Emmanuel Patrick Etim holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology. He has undergone several professional trainings in Computer & Information Technology. He is a member of the Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN), a seasoned ICT professional and a Database Administrator with proficiency in Design and implementation of MSSQl Server with over 17years experience.
Prior to joining Radix Pension, he has worked for various organisations in different capacities, including Evergreen Pensions Ltd and Oak Pensions Limited, where he served as Head of ICT, respectively.
As a software solution provider, he was involved in the design and development of an enterprise solution for the Nigerian pension industry while with Sybase Nigeria (now Covenant Visions International)
Stanley Onwuchekwa – (Head, Internal Audit)
Stanley was a Senior Manager with the Commercial/SME division of Keystone Bank, where he managed the Head Office and the Lekki Branches. He was the head of Treasury and Business Development for Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank and a Senior Industry Expert – Investment in key Services Sector at GroFin Nigeria Limited where he manage the Aspire Growth Fund
He also has working experiences with the Retail-Banking and SME arm of EcoBank PLC, Commercial/SME Banking unit (Access Bank), Corporate Banking unit of the est. while Broad Bank limited and Internal Control/Audit units with the est. while Citizen’s Bank Plc.
He hold a Master of Science (MSC) Degree in Finance (Quantitative Finance) from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Science (BSC) Degree in Statistics from the Federal University of Technology Yola.
He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), a Chartered Banker (ACIB) and an Accredited Small and Medium Enterprise Consultant (ASMEC)
Olalekan A. Aborisade – HEAD, OPERATIONS
Olalekan is a well experienced Insurance Practitioner, Risk Analyst and Statistician. He is a 2008 graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration in the esteemed University of Lagos, Akoka where he obtained a BSc. Degree in Actuarial Science and is presently running an MSc Degree in Pension Management (Post Graduate School of Pension Management).
His Professional career started with Sterling Bank Plc in 2011 where he worked as an Insurance Analyst before being seconded to the Insurance Broking subsidiary of the Bank as Assistant Head, Retail Operations and Risk Analyst. A department he eventually headed until his resignation in 2016. His immense contributions for the Sterling Group include; The setting up and coordination of the Credit Life Assurance/Loss of Job policies on the Retail Lending Schemes (An innovation that was later adopted by many Banks and other lending financial Institutions), Risk Portfolio Analyst on the Bank’s Group Life Scheme/Benefits Policy, Employer’s Liability and Workmen Compensation where he worked directly with the Group’s Human Resources and Personnel Management.
With a strong analytical background and passion for excellence, Olalekan has been nominated by the Bank for several group projects and has attended several trainings, workshops and seminars organized internally and externally with the likes of Lagos Business School, Phillips Consulting, Canton Concourse and several others. He is also a registered student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.Olalekan joined Radix Pension Managers Limited in 2016 as the Head, Benefits Administration and currently functions as the Acting Head, Operations Department
Oresotu Olusoromidayo – HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT
Dayo holds a BSc. (Hons) in Accounting from Babcock University, llisan Remo, Ogun State Nigeria. She’s an Associate Member of the ‘Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria’ (ACA) and a member of the ‘Institute of Risk Management Professionals’ and a member of ‘International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals Inc.
She has 15yrs cognate experience in the Pension Industry with competencies in Finance Financial Control, Internal Control; Audit, Fund Accounting and Risk Management.
Prior to joining Radix in 2018, Mary worked with CrusaderSterling Pensions Ltd for over a decade where she contributed positively to the growth of the organization and won various awards amongst are ‘Best Staff in Financial Control in 2011 and 2012 and ‘Best Staff in Internal Control in 2013.
She has participated in various trainings, workshops and symposiums amongst are ‘Fundamentals of Risk Management’ organized by Chambers of Commerce & Industry and Risk Management Association of Nigeria, ‘Risk in Review; State of Compliance Launch’ organized by Pricewaterhousecoopers (PWC), ‘Audit Insolvency’ and Investment Initiatives programmes organized by Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
She’s currently the Head, Risk Management of Radix Pension Managers.
JOAN OLINKE – Ag. HEAD, CLIENT EXPERIENCE & BRAND MGT.
She has over 14 years (2007 till date) of experience in Pension Fund Administration
which cuts across Operations, Benefits Administration, Customer Service, and Brand
Mgt. Before joining the pension industry, she had a brief stint with GE Vetco Gray
(Oil and Gas) and the hospitality industry.
She holds a Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of
Lagos and a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) in English from Ambrose Alli University. She
also holds a diploma in Advertising (Brands and Corporate Communication) and is an Alumna of the Customer Relationship Mgt. Program at the Lagos Business School.
EMMANUEL EKONG – HEAD, COMPLIANCE
Emmanuel is a seasoned Risk Management and Compliance professional with rich experience spanning over 14 years in Banking, Capital Market, Pension, and Consulting. He started his career in the Governance, Risk and Regulatory service line at Deloitte Nigeria, and led numerous professional services rendered to clients in the Financial Sector e.g Access Bank Plc and GTBank Plc, etc.
Prior to joining Radix Pension Managers Limited as Head of Compliance, where he is responsible for ensuring Regulatory Compliance, Monitoring and Risk Control throughout the organization, he had previously worked with Oceanic Bank Int’l Plc (now Ecobank Nigeria) in various capacities, as Senior Compliance Officer, and was part of the team that implemented a robust AML/CFT procedures and processes for the bank.
He had a significant experience in the Capital Market, where he worked as Head of Risk Management & Compliance at Alternative Capital Partners Limited; A top Investment Banking Firm, and led a multi-functional team covering Risk Management and Compliance, and delivered critical recommendations to Management of potential risks and process vulnerabilities, hence promoting efficiency and effectiveness of operations, and process improvements.
Emmanuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Uyo, and he is currently undertaking a Master's degree (MBA) in Finance & Investment at the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Nigeria.
He is a member of various professional bodies e.g CIN/ACAMS and has attended several professional courses in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Banking Operations, Capital Market Operations, Business Strategy, and Organizational transformation. etc
